How do payments work on Zarpar?

When a booking is confirmed, the amount is securely held through our payment gateway. 🔐

Once the rental is completed without incidents, Zarpar transfers the corresponding amount to the boat owner, deducting Zarpar’s fee.

This allows, in case of problems or claims, Zarpar to mediate fairly, as long as the process has been followed correctly and the Terms and Conditions and Legal Notice are met.
